Quality Management System Another component of the Pride program is our new Quality Management System. This system gives our customers the ability to communicate directly with our factory in Springdale, Arkansas. Customers can submit quality comments via e-mail directly to Clarke's Quality Control Department. Those comments are then assigned to a QC manager for review and then will contact the end user who submitted the comments within two (2) business days.
